How Long does it take to get my dresses after order?
Here is the procesure after we get your payment:
1. We will send you an email titled "Payment Received For Order ###" to confirm your payment and all other order information with you within 24 hours on receipt of your payment. Please note the email is very important for you!
2. We waiting for your approval if there is any possible wrong information like measurement, color issue. We will begin to process your order on receipt of your approval. If we get no reply from you within 48 hours, we will begin to make your dress according to the information included in your order, in that case, we would not be responsible for any return caused by your wrong order informaiton.
Usually, the approval time would be 24 hours if the email can be checked timely. That may be troublesome, but sincerely hope you can understand, we just want to make sure everything would turn out to be perfect, we hope you can be 100% satisfied!
3. Tailor Time. We will begin to make your dress according to your confirmation,normally speaking, this would takes 7-10 working days, for some complicated designs the time would be longer. Do not worry, we will inform you in advance if your dress need longer process time. For rush orders, which costs you more, your dresses can be finished in 3-5 days.
4. Shipping time.Usually it takes 3-5 working days for shipping, depending on the shipping method.
The totally process time for your dress = Tailor Time + Shipping Time.

Measuring Guide
Dear Customers, before ordering dresses from InGowns, we strongly suggest you finding a professional local tailor to help you measure your size.
Here, we will show you which measurements are needed and how to correctly take them.
Bust
*This is not your bra size
*Wear an unpadded bra, your dress will have a built-in bra
*Relax arms at sides
*Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
Waist
*Find the natural waist
*This is the smallest part of the waist
*Usually about 1 inch above belly button
*Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room
Hips
*Find the widest part of the hips
*Usually about 7 inch below natural waist
*Tape should brush across both hipbones
Hollow to Floor
*Stand straight with feet together
*Measure in bare feet
*Begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor
*To fit high heels, we’ll add an extra 5 cm onto custom-sized floor-length dresses and dresses with trains
